Carl Lytle Obituary

Carl E. Lytle, age 91, of Marion, Ohio, passed away Saturday, November 14, 2015 at Marion General Hospital. He was born June 20, 1924 in Mt. Victory, Ohio, to the late Floyd L. and Mildred (Rowe) Lytle. On January 10, 1947, he married Frances D. (Jackson).
Carl was a 60-year member of the Masonic Lodge #70, where he was Past Master. He was also a member of the Marion Shrine Club, the Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons of Ohio, and the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Columbus, Ohio. He was a member of the Green Camp Methodist Church, an avid hunter, fisherman, and decent golfer. Carl is swapping stories in heaven with the buddies who shared these interests.

The family would like to thank his caregivers at Heartland of Marion and Marion General Hospital, especially Kami, Brooke, and Kim.
Calling hours will take place Wednesday, November 18, 2015 from 10 to 11 am at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home. Services to follow at 11 am with Pastor Josh Freshour officiating.
