Homer Scott Obituary

Homer E. Scott age 84 of Marion, Ohio passed away Monday, October 28, 2019 at Community Health Care Center.

He was born January 22, 1935 in Ironton, Ohio to the late John M. and Nora (Freeman) Scott.

Homer was a U.S. Army Veteran, he worked at various companies as a foundry foreman working various metals including Brass. He manufactured airplane parts, faucets and sometimes trinkets. If it was made of metal, he could usually manufacture it. He was highly regarded in his profession and was always being sought after throughout the Los Angeles area.

Homer is survived by his six children, two brothers, one sister and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and one sister.

Burial will be Friday, November 1, 2019 @ 10 am at Marion Cemetery. The Boyd-Born Funeral Home is honored to be serving the family.
