Crystal Kimberly Moore, age 48, passed away on May 9, 2018 in Findlay, Ohio.
Crystal entered into this world on February 23, 1970 to Vickie L. (Colley) Smith in Marion, Ohio. On November 25, 1990, she married Jeffery L. Moore, Sr. in Marion, Ohio.
She graduated from Harding High School Class of 1989. She will truly be missed by her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Mary Colley.
Crystal will be missed by her parents: Vickie L. and Harold "Steve" Smith of Marion, OH; her husband: Jeffery L. Moore, Sr. of Marion, OH; her son: Jeff L. Moore, Jr. of Marion, OH; her sister: Heather R. Smith of Marion, OH; two nephews: Remoun and Jon Smith; several aunts and uncles; and very special friends.
Friends and Family may come to honor Crystal's life on Tuesday May 15, 2018 starting at 5pm to 7pm at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow starting at 7pm at the funeral home.
