Hal W. Zug

Rev. Hal W. Zug, age 86, of Marion went to be with his Lord on Tuesday, January 8, 2019, at 3:28 AM from his home. He was born in Wauseon, Ohio on July 17, 1932 to the late Harry A. and Lillian Gladys (Stevens) Zug.
He married the former Millicent Riethman in Ravenna, Ohio on July 26, 1958 and she preceded him in death on January 16, 2016 in Marion, Ohio. Surviving are three daughters; Sheryl Lynn Reeve of Marion, OH., Ann Marie Zug of Swanton, OH., & Amy Jo (Bill) Wise of Grove City, OH., and five grandchildren; Tyler & Aaron Reeve, Dillon Zug, Bryton & Garrett Wise. Rev. Zug was preceded in death his parents, wife; Millicent, and a son-in-law; Joel Reeve.
Rev. Zug served in churches of Hocking Valley Parish, Paulding, Ohio, Fayette, Oh., and for 11 years with the Central Christian Church of Marion, Ohio. He also served as Camp Administrator for Camp Christian in Magnetic Springs, Ohio.
Friends may call at the Central Christian Church, 421 Mt. Vernon Ave., in Marion on Saturday, January 12, 2019, from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM . A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM with Pastors Kerry Reed, Ken Coy, & Russell Goldner officiating. A dinner will be provided at the church following the service. Burial will take place at a later date in Waseon, Ohio.
