Ima Collins Obituary
Ima Mae Collins age 84 of Marion, Ohio formerly of Weslaco, Texas passed away at Community Healthcare Center.
She was born July 18, 1933 in Sherman, TX., to the late Johnny Carroll and Ila Mae (Rector) Rogers.
On September 16, 1953 she married William Collins.
Ima was a member of Seventh-Day Adventist Church, was employed at ITT North in data processing for 13 years and loved training horses for the Collins family Stables.
She is survived by her husband, William Collins of Marion, her son, Doug (Pam) Collins of Marion, her daughter, Rhonda (Steve) Carey of New Bloomington, her brother, Carroll Rogers of LaGrange, TX., 7 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Ima was preceded in death by her daughters, Deborah Collins and Billyie Kay Justice and her sisters, Helen Hamilton and Hazel Braden.
The family would like to express a heartfelt Thank You to Heartland Hospice and Dr. Bob Singh.
Visitation will be held Monday, June 18, 2018 from 5 - 7 PM at Boyd-Born Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at 11 AM at Little Sandusky Cemetery in Harpster, Ohio.
