June Carver, age 84 of Marion, passed away on Saturday November 25, 2017.
June entered into this world on January 29, 1933 to the late Freddie and Virgie (Daniel) Franklin in Paintsville, KY. On April 6, 1952, she married the late Robert Carver in Wayland, KY.
June was an active member of the Calvary Bible Baptist Church. She was a secretary with the Marion City Schools for 23 years. She will truly be missed by her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Freddie and Virgie (Daniel) Franklin; her husband: Robert Carver; her sister: Mary Sue Daniel and her brother: Clifford "Bud" Franklin.
She is survived by: Robin (Mark) Fuller of Prospect, OH and Vickie (Doug) Lowe of Delaware, OH; her sister: Patricia Daniels of South Carolina; four grandchildren: Erin (Katie) Lowe, Adam (Eileen) Lowe, Jayme Fuller and Cory (Taryn) Fuller; and three great grandchildren: Neala Lowe, Keira Lowe and Carver Fuller.
Friends and Family may honor June's life on Friday December 1, 2017 with a funeral service starting at 11am at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Caledonia Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Calvary Bible Baptist Church.
