Roberta Reardon Obituary
Roberta Ruth Reardon, age 85, of Marion, passed away on Sunday, August 20, 2017 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. On August 27, 1931, she was born to the late Aubert M. and Mabel M. (Lhamon) Smith in Marion, Ohio.
Roberta was a devoted Christian, and she worked for several years as an assembler at Whirlpool, also working at Westinghouse during her lifetime.
She is survived by her companion of 29 years, Ralph David Sherwin; her sister Janet A. Culp of Marion; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Aubert and Mabel, her sister Julis A. Lewis, and her brother Harley H. Smith, and her step-brother Hugh V. Smith.
The Boyd-Born Funeral Home is honored to have handled the arrangements for the family.
