Debbie Jean Mason

Debbie Jean Mason, age 63, of Marion, OH passed away at Marion General Hospital on February 25, 2020.  She was born to James and Gloria (Casperson) Mason on August 7, 1956 in Celina, OH, but made Marion her home. Debbie was a former employee of Precision Post for many years. From raising her kids to babysitting her nieces and nephews, and then finally enjoying her grandchildren and great grandchild, family was always Debbie’s life.  She made park adventures  and simple walks down the alley exciting just by looking for squirrels, imagining shapes in clouds, and party store penny candy. Her many hobbies included sewing, crafting, and working on puzzles with her Mom on the dining room table. Debbie was preceded in death by her father, James; her brothers, Jerry and Jimmy; and a granddaughter, Tiffany. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Kim (Tommy) Mason and Angie Mason; brother, Gary (Loretta) Mason; sister, Cheryl (Jim) Prater; sister-in-law, Angela Mason, four grandchildren, one great grandchild, and many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Kim and Tommy for taking such good care of Debbie over the years.

 A celebration of her life will be held April 5th at 4pm In the airplane hangar at 3177 Coleman road, Cardington, OH,  43315.

 In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Boyd-Born Funeral Home to help the family with expenses. The Boyd-Born Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Mason family.
