Grace E. Hanshaw

     Grace E. Hanshaw, age 92, of Marion passed away on Friday, March 20, 2020, at 8:05 PM in the Signature Health Care of Galion in Galion, Ohio. She was born on February 9, 1928 in Marion, Ohio to Vern and Eva (Palmer) Emerson. Grace married Bennie E. Hanshaw on October 8, 1944 in Marion and he preceded her in death on October 28, 2001.

     The lifelong homemaker is survived by two sons; Earl E & Dale R. Hanshaw both of Galion, OH., two sisters; Ruth Fletcher of North Carolina and Anna May Schwader of Upper Sandusky, OH., six grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband: Bennie, a son; David E. Hanshaw, and four brothers; Harold, Earl, Dale, & Paul Emerson.

     A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 24, 2020, at 1:00 PM in the Waldo Cemetery. No Visiting hours will be observed.
