Kathleen Corrine (Breski) Handley

Kathleen Corrine Handley (Breski), 79, of Marion, OH, passed away in the care of the Mansfield Ohio Health Hospital on June 22, 2026. On December 10, 1946, her late parents, Martin John Breski and Betty Clara Reed, would bring her into the world and into their lives in Chicago, IL.

In her younger years, Kathleen graduated from Riverdale High School. She spent most of her career working for the Crown Tower Coffee and Tea as a manager and barista here in Marion as well as their location in Mansfield. She was a hard worker and gave her all at every task she was faced with. She kept that same drive even when being home with her family. Family was everything to her and she had a nurturing personality that helped her strengthen those bonds with her loved ones. Kathleen was known to her loved ones to be witty and spicy. In her free time, you could find her listening to Elvis Presly religiously as she was crocheting, baking or doing chores around the house. She even enjoyed playing bingo when she could and enjoyed it more when she won.

Kathleen is preceded in death by her parents.

She leaves behind her memories and traditions to be carried on by her son, Bryan (Rachel) Handley, daughter, Laura Johnston, brother, Mike (Dorothy) Parker, her sister, Susan Walters, her loving grandchildren; Brooke (Kyle) Collins, Kyle (Mikela) Handley, Tyler (Amber) Johnston, Alyson (Craig) Reynolds, and numerous great grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

The Handley family would like to invite all who knew Kathleen to join them for calling hours at the Boyd Funeral Home on Thursday, June 25, 2026, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. There will be a private family graveside service at a later date at the Oak Hill Cemetery, where Kathleen will be laid to rest.
