Mary (Toler) Leiby
Obituary
Mary Leiby, age 78 of Marion, passed away on Sunday, March 12, 2023 at her home. On March 4, 1945, she was born in Lorado, West Virginia, to the late Coonie and Bertha (Maynor) Dempsey, and on May 1960, she married her late husband, Nev Toler.
Mary was a homemaker all her life, and she enjoyed Bingo. She will be missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by her daughters Mary Elaine (Timothy) Canterbury and Evelyn Kay Blevins; her brother Robert Dempsey; her sister Martha Osborn; her 3 grandchildren Kenya, Colt, and Ashley; her 5 great-grandchildren Chloe, Tyrek, Nev, Brock, and Audriella; and her second husband Marvin Leiby.
She was preceded in death by her first husband Nev Toler; her parents Coonie and Bertha; her brothers James and Walter Dempsey; and her sister Flora Howard.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm at the Boyd Funeral Home. A graveside service will take place on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at 2pm pm at Chapel Heights Memory Gardens.
