Ruth Rosemary (Ingmire) Edington

     Ruth Rosemary (Ingmire) Edington, 93 years young, of Marion, was called home to be with her Lord on December 30, 2020.  Ruth was born to the late Elmer and Lesta Ingmire in 1927 and was the last survivor of their eight children. She was born and raised in Marion, OH and graduated from Harding High School. In 1946 she married the love of her life, Gene Edington, who preceded her in death. 
     Ruth was a lifelong witness of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses in Marion.  She also was a sales associate for Sears for 28 years.  Ruth was known for her love of  gardening and the beautiful flowers she produced.  Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Mark (Linda) Edington of Marion; her daughter, Janet Schertzer of Delaware, OH, and three grandchildren.
     The family would like to give a special “Thanks” to the caring staff at Marion Point and Kindred Hospice.
