Sheila Agnes Goodwin

Sheila Agnes Goodwin, age 60 of Marion, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at her residence.

Sheila was born on August 12, 1960 to the late Alvin and Joan (Dancy) Goodwin in Marion, OH. She was a graduate of Harding High School in the class of 78'. Sheila retired from the State of Ohio as a regional personnel manager after 30 years. She took great pride in her job and she loved her coworkers very much.

Sheila was a devoted mother and grandmother. She was always excited to host and cook for family gatherings, attend annual "Sisters Weekend" with her lovely sisters, and working on home & landscaping improvements.

Sheila was preceded in death by her parents Alvin and Joan Goodwin; her brother: Andre Goodwin and her sister: Alvina Goodwin.

Those who will cherish her memories include her son: Andre (Roshaun) Stevens of Marion, OH; her daughter: Ashley Stevens of Marion, OH; her sister: Sheri Goodwin of Columbus, OH; her five Grandchildren; Shaunqueza Stevens, A'Keyeria Stevens, Andre Stevens Jr, Keyshaun Stevens and Jaxon Stevens & many nieces and nephews.

Friends and family may come to celebrate Sheila’s life on October 10, 2020. Calling Hours from 12pm - 1pm with the funeral starting at 1pm at King’s Temple Apostolic Church, 285 Senate Street, Marion, OH 43302. Officiating the service will be Pastor Tyrone Kaiser and conducting the Eulogy will be Pastor Martis Bracy. Family and friends may send flowers to Kings Temple Apostolic Church.
